Nilgiri Vikas Bank issuing right shares from today

Nilgiri Vikas Bank Limited is issuing right shares from 9th Chaitra (today).
The bank’s 8th AGM held on Mangsir 9, 2071 had decided to offer 4:1 right shares for its existing shareholders. The company is planning to issue a total of 3,00,000 units of right shares to its existing shareholders.
The right issues will last till 13th Baisakh, 2072. Global IME Capital Limited is the issue manager of this rights issue.
Nilgiri Vikas Bank Limited had posted a net profit of Rs 8.62 in its 2nd quarter of the fiscal year 2071/72.
