Nilgiri Bikas to hold its AGM on 9th Mangsir, 20% bonus & 25% right to be approved

Nilgiri Bikas Bank Limited has announced its 8th Annual General Meeting going to be held on 9th Mangsir 2071 at Beni, Myagdi district.
Further, banks has announced book closure date for its upcoming AGM from 25th Kartik to 9th Mangsir.
The bank has also proposed 20 percent bonus share which is subject to the approval of the AGM and also offering 25 percent right share which would be adjusted after the bonus share listing in the balance sheet.
Besides merger proposal, there is also an election for the selection of 3 public directors in the AGM agendas.
