NIC Asia to hold AGM on February 28 to endorse 20% cash dividend; elect 7 directors

NIC Asia Bank Limited will hold its 16^th Annual General Meeting on February 28 at Tinpaini in Biratnagar.

The AGM is due to endorse 20 percent cash dividend to the commercial bank’s shareholders from the net profit it posted in the last fiscal year 2069/70.

The bank had posted a net profit of Rs 64.20 crore in the last fiscal year.

Its EPS stood at 47.41 and return on equity at 14.63 percent.

NIC Asia had gone on to post a net profit of Rs 29.90 crore in the first quarter of the current fiscal year.

The annual event will also elect five BoD members from among the promoters and three public directors, according to a notice issued by the bank today.
