NIC ASIA Laghubitta welcomes Mr. Santosh Kumar Rathi as its new chairman; Mr. Dinesh Bhari also joins the board from NIC ASIA Bank
NIC ASIA Laghubitta, through its 166th board meeting held on Falgun 8, 2079, has appointed Mr. Santosh Kumar Rathi and Mr. Dinesh Bhari as its directors from the promoter shareholder group.
The board meeting has also appointed Mr. Santosh Kumar Rathi as chairman of the microfinance who took his oath of designation and privacy from ED of Nepal Rastra Bank Dr. Gunakar Bhatt. Mr. Rathi and Mr. Bhari are currently employed with NIC ASIA Bank as its Deputy CEO and chief legal officer, as per the media statement.
The microfinance currently has 287 branches in 74 districts and serves more than 2.03 lakh rural households, as per the media statement.
