NIC Asia Laghubitta (NICLBSL) Proposes 14.75% Cash Dividend for FY 2078/79

NIC Asia Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NICLBSL) has proposed a 14.75% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79.

The meeting of the board of directors held on Falgun 21 decided to distribute the entirety of the dividend in cash. Since the paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 1,73,94,40,000, the cash dividend is worth a little over Rs. 25,65,67,400.

The dividend will be distributed only after approval by the central bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming 5th AGM. As of writing, NICLBSL has an LTP of Rs. 590. 

The microfinance currently has its presence in 74 districts via 287 branches serving the rural households.

Last year, the company distributed a 5.41% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78.
