NIC ASIA Laghubitta convenes its 3rd AGM; endorses decision to merge with Swadeshi Laghubitta

NIC ASIA Laghubitta has convened its 3rd AGM for the FY 2076-77 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Kapil Dhakal.
The AGM has endorsed the recent merger agreement with Swadeshi Laghubitta, as per the media statement.
The AGM also elected Mr. Shashank Agrawal and Ms. Prabha Budha Gyawali to the board of the company from the public shareholder group, as per the media statement.
Microfinance has been serving its more than 47 thousand customers via its 120 branches located in different remote districts in the nation.
