NIC Asia Laghubitta Conducts Provincial Budget Review and Staff Training

NIC Asia Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NICLBSL) completed the first-quarter budget review and training program for Gandaki and Bagmati provinces from Kartik 18–21 at Tapas Hotel, Kathmandu. Branch heads, monitoring and collection officers, and provincial managers participated. The first two days focused on branch operations, achievements, challenges, and potential improvements.

The remaining days provided training on service quality enhancement, customer protection, financial management, operational efficiency, digital banking, and portfolio management. Senior executives, including CEO Cholraj Sharma Joshi and other department heads, guided staff on improving efficiency, risk management, and digital services. The closing session emphasized achieving targets and encouraged employees to contribute effectively to service excellence and branch operations.
