NIC Asia Foundation provides Rs 551,000 to the PM for flood victims

NIC Asia Foundation, an organization promoted by NIC Asia Bank Ltd for undertaking corporate social responsibility, has provided a financial support of Rs 551,000 to the Prime Minister Relief Fund.

The support will be utilized for providing relief to the victims of recent flood and landslide incidents across the country.

 NIC Asia Foundation´s working committee’s coordinator and the board director of NIC Asia Bank Ramchandra Sanghai handed over the check of financial support amount to Prime Minister Sushil Koirala at the latter’s official residence Baluwatar on Wednesday.

 According to a statement issued by the bank’s general manager Laxman Risal, NIC Asia Foundation has been conducting various social works like distribution of scholarship, involvement in Save Bagmati Campaign and organizing free health and blood camps, among other, with the support of NIC Asia Bank’s staffs.
