NIC ASIA Flexi Cap Fund IPO Sells 72% Units on Second Day Itself

The IPO of NIC ASIA Flexi Cap Fund has received applications for the purchase of over 7.2 Crores units from 40,438 applications till 6 p.m as of 20 Jestha, 2022. As the closing date of the IPO is 24th Jestha, 2079, the capital urges the investors to apply for the purchase of the unit by the given deadline.
15% of the total units i.e. 1.50 crore units worth Rs. 15 crores have been allocated to the fund promoter NIC Asia Bank Limited and the remaining 8.50 crores units is allocated to the general public.
The issue will be of 10 crore units worth Rs 1 Arba and the per-unit cost is Rs 10. An investor can apply for a minimum of 100 units and a maximum of 1 crore units. The applicant must have DEMAT a/c before applying for this scheme. The applicant can apply for this scheme from the online portal of CDSC - Mero Share which is open now.
NIC Asia Flexi Cap Fund is NIC Asia Capital's fourth closed end scheme, with a 7-year maturity. This is a closed-ended plan and the majority of the funds raised will be invested in companies listed on the secondary securities market.
During the plan period, it is expected that more than 136 percent of returns will be given to unit holders who invested in the fund. Nepali citizens, non-resident Nepali certificate (identification card) issued persons, Nepali corporations registered in line with the prevailing law, associations, banks and financial institutions, insurance companies, and other specified associations are eligible to apply for unit purchases.
