NIC Asia Capital to convene 2nd AGM today; to approve 7.36% cash dividend

NIC Asia Capital Limited will be convening its 2^nd AGM on Bhadra 15, 2075 i.e. today.

The AGM which is going to be held at Registered Office, Thapathali has proposed the following discussion agendas:

1. Discussion on the annual reports of the FY 2074/75
2. Discussion on the financial position of the company as of Asadh 2075 and the financial status throughout the year
3. Approval of 7.36% of cash dividend to the investors which amounts to Rs 1.47 crore
4. Appointment of auditor to check and balance the financial reports of FY 2075/76 and decide upon the salary to be provided.
