NIC ASIA Capital signs agreement with Surya Life Insurance Company for Right Share Issue Management  

NIC ASIA Capital Limited has signed an agreement with Surya Life Insurance Company Limited to issue its Rights Shares in the ratio 10:7 to its existing shareholders. Chief Executive Officer of NIC ASIA Capital Ltd. Mr. Jhanak Raj Dhungel and Chief Executive Officer of Surya Life Insurance Company Limited Mr. Shiva Nath Pandey signed the agreement on October 07, 2018 Sunday.

Along with providing Issue Management services, NIC ASIA Capital has been providing Depository Participants (DP), Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Registrar to Shares (RTS), and advisory services to its clients.
