NIC Asia Capital Declares 46% Dividend for Financial Year 79-80; Summons AGM for Shrawan 32

With the beginning of the current financial year, the season of dividends has also begun. NIC Asia Capital has become the first company to declare a dividend in the current financial year. The Board of Directors (BOD) meeting held on Shrawan 09 proposed to distribute a cash dividend of Rs. 9 crores 20 lakhs, amounting to 46 percent (including tax) on the current paid-up capital.

The meeting of the Board of Directors has also called the seventh Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Shrawan 32 to pass the resolution for the dividend distribution. The AGM of NIC Asia Capital will be convened at the registered office located in Thapathali at 9 am.

During the meeting, the annual report of the Board of Directors for the financial year 2079/80 and the auditor's report, along with the balance sheet up to Ashad 2080, will be presented. Additionally, the proposal to appoint an auditor for the financial year 2080/81 and determine their remuneration will also be discussed.
