NIC ASIA Capital has convened its 3rd AGM on Aswin 8, 2076. The AGM has endorsed the board’s earlier decision to provide 11% cash dividend that amounts to Rs 2.20 crore to the shareholders along with endorsing other financial highlights for the previous FY.
