NIC Asia Capital convenes 2nd AGM; Shareholders to receive 7.36% cash dividend

NIC Asia Capital Limited has successfully convened its 2nd AGM on Bhadra 15, 2075. The AGM was convened in the premises of its registered office, Kathmandu.
The financial report for the fiscal year 2074/75 was endorsed and duly discussed in the meeting. Similarly, the AGM has also passed the proposal of distributing 7.36842% cash dividend to its shareholders.
Currently, the merchant banking company has been providing various services including Portfolio Management, Mutual Funds, Demat of more than 1.30 lakh customers as well as acting as Share Registrar of 5 companies.
