NIC ASIA Capital begins Idea to IPO corporate advisory service for National Solar Power Company; power manufacturer to float 7.24 lakh unit shares in IPO

NIC ASIA Capital has inked an agreement with National Solar Power Company to begin Idea to IPO corporate advisory service where the company will receive a complete package of corporate advisory services from the very beginning of the company until its IPO issuance and way after it.

The solar power company is currently operating a 5 MW solar energy project at Pratapur of Nawalparasi and will be floating 7.24 lakh unit ordinary shares worth Rs 100 per unit to the general public, as per the media statement. 

Under this scheme, all sorts of firms under Agriculture, Hydropower, Hotels and Tourism, Healthcare Services, Textile/Apparel, Trading and Manufacturing, Mineral Based, Fintech, Pharmaceuticals, Energy, E-Commerce, Construction and Hospitality Sectors can avail the advisory service from the merchant bank, as per the media statement.
