NIC ASIA Capital appoints Mr. Kapil Dhakal as new chairman; experienced banker also serves as Assistant CEO and chairman in NIC ASIA Bank and Laghubitta respectively
NIC ASIA Capital, through its 92nd board meet, held on Shrawan 1, 2078 has appointed Mr. Kapil Dhakal as the chairman of the institution from the very day.
Mr. Dhakal currently serves as an Assistant CEO in the NIC ASIA Bank and as chairman in NIC ASIA Laghubitta and has more than 12 years of banking experience in the senior level managerial role in the mother institution, as per the media statement.
The merchant banker currently provides services including mutual fund, issue management, portfolio management, share registrar and underwriter, investment management, corporate advisory, and so on.
