NIC Asia Bank’s AGM on Poush 27; 15% bonus & 15% cash in offing

NIC Asia Bank Limited (NICA) is going to hold its 17th Annual General Meeting on Poush 27, 2071; which will endorse 15 percent bonus share and 15 percent cash dividend from the net profit earned in the last fiscal year 2070/71.
The bank has also announced the book closure for the same from Mangsir 29 to Poush 27, 2071.
Only those shareholders who own the shares of the bank till Mangsir 28 will be entitled to dividends offered by the bank.
Other agenda includes the approval of financial statement of FY 2070/71, merger and acquisition and also the appointment of auditors.
NIC Asia Bank offered 20 percent cash dividend to its shareholders in the previous fiscal year i.e. 2069/70.
