NIC ASIA Bank welcomes Ms. Bijaya Swar as new independent board member; Swar brings 3 decades-long banking experience to her new role

NIC ASIA Bank, through its board meet, held on Kartik 10, 2078, has appointed Ms. Bijaya Swar as an independent board member of the bank.

Ms. Swar has a three-decade-long banking experience with Agriculture Development Bank where she retired as Deputy MD. She has a postgraduate degree from the Asian Institute of Management, Philippines. BoDMs. Swar received her oath of designation and secrecy from the chairman of the bank Mr. Tulshiram Agrawal amid a program, as per the media statement.
