NIC ASIA Bank virtually convenes its 23rd AGM; endorses proposal of 20% dividend to its shareholders
NIC ASIA Bank has virtually convened its 23rd AGM for the FY 2076-77.
The AGM has endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 19% bonus shares worth Rs 1.84 arba and 1% cash dividend worth Rs 9.72 crore to the shareholders, as per the media statement. after the endorsement of the bonus shares, the paid-up capital of the bank will scale up to Rs 11.56 arba.
The bank currently has 330 branches, 99 extension counters, 74 branchless banking units and 470 ATM booths under its network all over the nation.
