NIC ASIA  Bank to virtually convene its 21st AGM on Mangsir 21; urges all shareholders to participate proactively right from their zone of comfort

NIC ASIA Bank, through its 462^nd board meeting held on Kartik 26, 2077, has decided to convene its 23^rd AGM on Mangsir 21, 2077 from 9 a.m. the bank has also announced the book close date between Mangsir 10 and Mangsir 21 for its shareholders for the upcoming AGM.

Keeping in view the growing risk of COVID infection, the bank will convene its AGM virtually and has urged all the shareholders to show up their active participation during the day of AGM, as stated in the media statement.

The bank currently provides its services to its 22 lakh plus strong customer base from its 327 branches, 470 ATM terminals, 102 extension counters and 73 branchless banking units throughout the nation.
