NIC ASIA Bank to facilitate Cybersource through Payment Gateway in Nepal; merchants to be able to receive payment from cards issued by different national and international payment gateway services

NIC ASIA Bank is set to facilitate the use of Cybersource through Payment Gateway among the businesses of Nepal after the international payment gateway under Cybersource through Gateway Service Pvt. Ltd. Received the go-ahead from the Nepal Rastra Bank.

After the introduction of this service among different merchants in Nepal, they can accept payment from cards issued by different national and international card service providers including VISA, UnionPay, MasterCard, as per the media statement.

The bank currently has 339 branches, 88  extension counters, 78 branchless banking units and 471 ATM booths under its network.
