NIC Asia Bank to convene 22nd AGM on Ashwin 10, 2076; agenda to endorse 10% bonus shares and 11.05% cash dividend

The 420^th BOD meeting of NIC Asia Bank Limited (NICA) has decided that the 22^nd AGM of the bank will be held on Ashwin 10, 2076 (September 27, 2019) at Army Officers Club, Bhadrakali from 9 AM onwards.

The agenda of the AGM is endorsement of audited financial highlights of FY 75/76 and appointment of statutory auditor for FY 76/77. The AGM will also endorse 10% bonus shares worth Rs.88.34 Crore and 11.0526% cash dividend worth Rs.97.64 Crore (including tax) for the shareholders out of profits of FY 75/76.

The authorized capital will be increased to Rs.9.72 Arba and the paid up capital will increase to Rs.9.71 Arba after the adjustment of bonus shares. Necessary changes will be made in the books of the bank.

For this purpose, the books of the bank will remain closed from Bhadra 29, 2076 (Sunday) till the date of the AGM. Investors holding shares of the bank till Bhadra 26, 2076 will be eligible to claim the dividend and participate in the AGM of the bank.
