NIC ASIA Bank revamps its VKYC service with 5 new services; introducing innovative banking practices with use of modern technology

NIC ASIA Bank has added new facilities in its Video KYC (VKYC) service where bank’s account holders can now update their KYC details, resume their unused accounts, change saving account schemes, update the signature and email id and phone numbers simply by making a video call to the bank’s representatives.
The bank currently provides its services to its strong customer base from its 359 branches, 473 ATM terminals, 109 extension counters and 81 branchless banking units throughout the nation.
