NIC ASIA Bank reimburses insurance claims to several customers under various saving account schemes
NIC ASIA Bank has reimbursed the insurance claims by several of its depositors under various saving schemes. The bank provided insurance claim of Rs 4.91 lakh to Ms. Ranshova Gurung, wife of deceased account holder Mr. Dev Prasad Gurung under the Sunwal branch who passed away in the road accident.
Similarly, account holder of Chamatkarik Nari Saving Account at Bhotahiti branch Ms. Mina Chitrakar received Rs 26.5K, Ms. Tara Kumari Budhathoki from Nepalgunj branch received Rs 67.9K, Mr. Gyan Bahadur Parajuli from Kalanki branch received Rs 59.9K, Ms. Padma Mishra from Jhapa branch received Rs 10.4K, Mr. Sankar Thapa from Jhapa branch received Rs 28.7K as their respective insurance reimbursements.
The bank currently provides its services to its 18 lakh strong customer base from its 301 branches, 359 ATM terminals, 70 extension counters and 41 branchless banking units throughout the nation.
