NIC Asia Bank opens branches at Waling, Damauli

NIC ASIA Bank Ltd has opened its two branches outside the Kathmandu at Waling and Damauli.

According to the statement of the bank, its board director Binod Kumar Pyakhurel and CEO Sashin Joshi jointly inaugurated the newly opened branches amid separate ceremonies.

With two new branches into operation, NIC ASIA Bank now has 66 branches and 61 ATMs across the country.

The bank also serves its clients through a call center and internet banking.

According to the fourth quarterly report of the last fiscal year 2070/71, the bank posted an operating profit of Rs 1.48 arba, with a net profit of Rs 81.5 crore resulting in 39 percent growth in operating profit and 27% growth in net profit.
