NIC Asia Bank Limited Launches ‘Saathi Ghar Karja’ Scheme with 6.99% Interest
NIC Asia Bank has introduced the “NIC Asia Saathi Ghar Karja” scheme to help customers fulfill their housing needs by offering home loans of up to Rs. 10 crore.
The loan carries a fixed interest rate of 6.99% for seven years and can be used for buying a house or apartment, constructing or reconstructing a home, and purchasing land.
Loans range from a minimum of Rs. 25 lakh to a maximum tenure of 25 years, with up to 80% financing for first-time homebuyers and 70% for others. Customers under this scheme will also receive a lifetime free credit card service.
