NIC ASIA Bank launches innovative idea to cut long queue in its cash counters; now fill online form before visiting your nearest branches to deposit cash

NIC ASIA Bank has initiated an innovative banking service for the first time in Nepal under which customers can now fill online cash deposit vouchers from their devices even before visiting the bank’s branches to deposit their cash.

Customers need to visit www.iserve.nicasiabank.com, fill the digital voucher-like they fill the physical forms, choose the nearest branch, and submit after which they will receive deposit code in their mobile number.

Customers now no longer need to queue up and form crowds inside the branch for depositing their cash as they can directly land at the cash counter, show their deposit code, and deposit the money, as per the media statement.

The bank currently provides its services to its strong customer base from its 326 branches, 464 ATM terminals, 101 extension counters, and 61 branchless banking units throughout the nation.
