NIC ASIA Bank installs Cash Deposit Machines at 10 branches; bank gradually automating its range of banking services

NIC ASIA Bank has brought into operation Cash Deposit Machines at ten different locations across the nation.

The bank has put CDM services at its Thapathali branch, Newroad Bishalbazar branch, Kamladi branch, Khichapokhari branch, Tripureswor branch, Butwal branch, Pokhara Mahendrapul branch, Dhangadi Chauraha branch, Biratnagar branch and Birgunj branch, as per the media statement.

One can deposit the cash either to their own account or to any other NIC ASIA account directly from the machine just with the a/c number and mobile number. The depositor can only deposit currency bills of Rs 500 and 1000 where they can make deposits of up to Rs 99.5K each time and Rs 999.5K per day, as per the media statement.

The bank currently provides its services to its strong customer base from its 359 branches, 473 ATM terminals, 105 extension counters and 81 branchless banking units throughout the nation.
