NIC ASIA Bank convenes its 25th AGM; endorses induction of Mr. Keshav Prasad Lamsal into the board from public shareholder group

NIC ASIA Bank has convened its 25^th AGM for the FY 2078-79 on Poush 29, 2079 under the leadership of its chairman.

Apart from the regular financial reports of the previous fiscal year, the AGM has also endorsed the board’s decision to induct Mr. Keshav Prasad Lamsal into the board of the bank from the public shareholder's group, as per the media statement.

The bank currently has 359 branches, 104 extension counters, 81 branchless banking units, and 473 ATM booths under its network all over the nation.
