NIC ASIA Bank convenes 22nd AGM; endorses 21.0526% dividend

NIC ASIA Bank has convened its 22^nd AGM on Aswin 10, 2076 in Kathmandu under the leadership of bank’s chairman Mr. Tulsi Ram Agrawal. The AGM has endorsed to provide 21.0526% dividend amounting to Rs 1.85 arba to its shareholders out of which 10% as bonus shares and remaining 11.0526% as cash dividend inclusive of tax purposes. With the latest bonus shares, the paid up capital of the bank scales up to Rs 9.71 arba.

The bank currently provides its services to its 18 lakh strong customer base from its 301 branches, 362 ATM terminals, 70 extension counters and 41 branchless banking units throughout the nation.
