NIC ASIA Bank continues in its push for digital Nepal; signs agreement with newly launched e-wallet Cell Pay to sync payment services
NIC ASIA Bank has reached to an agreement with newly launched Cell Pay with an aim to strengthen its relationship with its Digital Financial partners thereby enabling its customers to have access over the services. Cell Pay is a recently launched electronic wallet through which customers can make easy and quick online payment for several of service providers via mobile and web-based application gateway.
The agreement regarding the same was signed between Deputy CEO of the bank Mr. Santosh Kumar Rathi and MD of Cell Pay Mr. Pawan Pradhan amid a program.
Customers can receive mobile top-up of Rs 100 for linking their NIC ASIA Bank accounts with Cell Pay account and can also receive attractive cash backs for their bill payments made through Cell Pay, as mentioned in the media statement.
The bank currently provides its services to its more than 17 lakh customers from its 295 branches, 319 ATM terminals, 53 extension counters and 41 branchless banking units throughout the nation.
