NIC Asia Bank CEO Roshan Kumar Neupane Resigns; Santosh Kumar Rathi Appointed Acting CEO

Roshan Kumar Neupane has officially resigned from his position as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of NIC Asia Bank Limited, effective from 1st Ashwin 2082.The resignation was accepted during the bank’s 732nd Board of Directors meeting held on 2nd Ashwin 2082. In the same meeting, the Board appointed Santosh Kumar Rathi as the Acting Chief Executive Officer, effective from 2nd Ashwin, ensuring a smooth transition in leadership.

NIC Asia Bank, one of Nepal’s largest commercial banks, has officially notified the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) regarding the leadership change as per regulatory requirements.
