NIC ASIA Bank brings delight to its shareholders this festival season; proposes 20% dividend with a focus on bonus shares

NIC ASIA Bank has proposed a 20% dividend worth Rs 1.94 arba for the fiscal year 2076-77 from its 460^th board meeting held on Kartik 4, 2077.

Per the decision, the bank has proposed 19% in bonus shares whereas 1% as cash dividend for tax purpose; both of which require approval from the upcoming 23^rd AGM of the bank and from the central bank.

NIC ASIA Bank had earned Rs 3.09 arba during the previous fiscal year thereby maintaining the EPS of Rs 31.89. The bank alone has 6.29% share in the total loan figure among all 27 commercial banks with a figure of Rs 174 arba. The bank had raised Rs 211 arba in deposit collection which is equivalent to 6.22% in the market share.

The bank currently provides its services to its 22 lakh plus strong customer base from its 327 branches, 470 ATM terminals, 102 extension counters and 70 branchless banking units throughout the nation.
