NIC ASIA Bank begins online Debit card application service; card users can use bank’s iServe platform to apply for new card for lost or damaged cards

NIC ASIA Bank has begun an online service for its debit card users under which they can now make online applications for the new card in case they have lost or damaged their existing debit card.

Card users can simply use the iServe service of the bank available on its website or mobile banking app. in order to apply for the new card. They can also mention the desired branch to gather the card after it gets ready. The new service will help to promote the online-based banking practice as emphasized by the Nepal Rastra Bank amid the growing threat of COVID 19, as per the media statement.

The bank currently has 352 branches, 471 ATM outlets, 75 extension counters, and 80 branchless banking units under its network.
