NIC Asia Bank and Sanima Bank Urges Shareholders to Claim Due Dividend

NIC Asia Bank Limited (NICA) has published a very important notice to the account holders or the nominee of the particular accounts whose account is inactive since past 10 years to contact the relevant branch of this bank with the necessary evidence and update those accounts.

Also, the bank has notified that even after 5 years of dividend distribution some of the shareholders of haven't collected the dividend from the bank yet. Investors who haven't claimed the dividend should present their share certificate and proof of identity to the share registrar of this bank, NIC Asia Capital Limited, Babarmahal, Kathmandu to claim their dividend along with the copies of the necessary documents to receive the due dividend

Similarly, Sanima Bank Limited (SANIMA) has also urged its shareholders to claim the due dividends and requested inactive account holders since past ten years to update the account at relevant branch of this bank with all the necessary evidence.

Out of the cash dividend declared to be distributed to its shareholders from last 5 years, Rs. 271,400 is yet to be received by some of the shareholders. Investors who haven't claimed the dividend should present their share certificate and proof of identity at Sanima Capital Limited, Naxal, Kathmandu to claim their dividend.
