NIC Asia Balanced Fund approved by SEBON; NIC Asia capital to issue 12.5 crore units

Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has approved the 'NIC Asia Balanced Fund' worth Rs 1.25 arba. The scheme will be floating 12.5 crore unit shares each at a par value of Rs 10 per share.
The trustee of the Fund is NIC Asia Bank Limited (NICA), while the fund manager is NIC Asia capital.
Currently, NIC Asia Growth Fund (NICGF), managed by NIC Asia Capital is also in the market. The NAV of NICGF stood at Rs 11.15 as of Jestha 2076.
