NIBL welfare loan

KATHMANDU:

Nepal Investment Bank Ltd (NIBL) together with Nepal Army Welfare Board initiated the deprived sector lending for former staff of Nepal Army through a special programme at Teghri Barrack, Kailali, on Wednesday, to upgrade living standard and promote self-employment opportunity for retired Nepal Army staff. Cheques were distributed to five entrepreneurs by CEO of NIBL Jyoti Prakash Pandey along with CoAS General Gaurav SJB Rana. Loans were provided at 4.5 per cent interest after diligence and recommendation from the Nepal Army Welfare Board as per the guidelines of Nepal Rastra Bank, under various headings.
