NIBL Ace Capital has convened its 9th AGM on Aswin 16, 2078 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Sachin Tibrewal.
The AGM has endorsed the decision to provide a 26% cash dividend and all the financial reports as well as highlights of the previous FY, as per the media statement.
