NIBL Ace Capital has convened its 8th AGM on Kartik 5, 2077 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Sachin Tibrewal.
The AGM has endorsed the decision to provide a 22.22% cash dividend and all the financial reports as well as highlights of the previous FY, as per the media statement.
