NIB to distribute cash dividend warrant from today; shareholders listed on 8 slots for distribution

Nepal Investment Bank Ltd is starting the distribution of the cash dividend to its shareholders from today.

According to the notice published by the bank, its share registrar NIBL Capital will distribute the cash dividend to the shareholders from 9:30 am to 3 pm till Thursday while the time will be only until 1 pm on Friday.

The dividend is payable to the shareholders in eight different slots from today onwards to Kartik 27. However, those shareholders unable to collect the dividend within the period can collect it later in their convenient time, according to the notice.

The 28th AGM of the bank held recently has endorsed 25 percent cash dividend plus 15 percent bonus shares to its shareholders.

Likewise, the bank has urged its shareholders who are yet to collect their cash dividend until FY 2069/70 to also collect their receivable dividend.
