Ngadi Group Power convenes 7th AGM; endorses 10% bonus share as special proposal and 30% right shares for shareholders

Ngadi Group Power has convened its 7th AGM under the chairmanship of its chairman Dr. Bhogendra Prasad Guragai. The AGM has endorsed all the financial reports presented by the board of the company.
The AGM has also endorsed the special proposal of 10% bonus shares and 30% right shares to its shareholders, as per the media statement.
