NexGen's Initiative: Fostering Youth Entrepreneurship on Baishakh 8, 2081

NexGen Management, in celebration of the new year 2081, has initiated programs at the Anand Bhumi Business Center in Baneshwor, Kathmandu, aiming to support the growth of young innovators.

Despite the trend of millions of youths seeking job opportunities abroad annually, primarily due to limited prospects within the country, there exist numerous small-scale job opportunities locally.

The lack of proper guidance and easy access to loans from governmental and financial institutions has made it challenging for individuals to work within the country.

Consequently, many young people are compelled to seek employment overseas, despite the inherent challenges and risks involved. In response to these adverse circumstances, Nexgen Management has taken on the responsibility to motivate youth and foster an environment conducive to entrepreneurial activities.

Through their initiative, they intend to offer guidance to young entrepreneurs on crafting business plans, establishing and operating potential projects, and navigating the complexities of securing funding from banks and financial institutions.

Nexgen Management Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a recently established company providing asset management and business consultancy services, initiated its operations only in the last Falgun. Following their event on Baishakh 8, Nexgen plans to engage regularly in discussions with aspiring entrepreneurs, equipping them with information necessary for relocating and working within the country.
