NexGen Management Appoints Laxmi Sunrise Capital for Ordinary Share Issuance

NexGen Management and Equity Solutions Limited has appointed Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited as the issue and sales manager for issuing 1,500,000 ordinary shares worth NPR 15 crore. The agreement was signed on 8 Mangsir 2082 by Managing Director Ramesh Kumar Bhattarai (NexGen) and CEO Bijaya Lal Shrestha (Laxmi Sunrise Capital).

With a paid-up capital of NPR 50 crore and an authorized capital of NPR 100 crore, NexGen has been generating net profits for six consecutive years, distributing cash dividends last year and retaining profits this year. The company’s chairman is former banker and Insurance Authority head Devendra Pratap Shah, with shareholders Vijay Bahadur Shah and Kamal Panthi present at the signing ceremony.
