New chairman of Garima Bikas Bank receives oath from NRB Deputy Governor; Mr. Shyam Prasad Bashyal assumes office for his tenure of 4 years
Newly elected chairman of Garima Bikas Bank Mr. Shyam Prasad Bashyal has received the oath of designation and secrecy from NRB Governor Mr. Chintamani Siwakoti on Falgun 3, 2077.
The 14th AGM of the bank held on Magh 30, 2077 had elected 3 BoDs from the promoter group who are Mr. Shyam Prashad Bashyal, Dr. Aananda Prasad Shrestha, Mr. Dipendra Shrestha and 3 other board members from the public shareholder group are Mr. Bimal Pandey, Mr. Sanjiv Dhakal and Ms. Saraswati Pathak and has unanimously elected Mr. Shyam Prashad Bashyal as the chairman for a tenure of four years.
The bank currently has 106 branches, and 51 ATM booths under its network all over the nation.
