New chairman at United Insurance

KATHMANDU, JAN 23:
The 18th annual general meeting (AGM) of the board of directors of United Insurance has elected company’s director Ashish Sharma as the new chairman. Other elected board members representing the promoters group include Nirvana Chaudhary, Rabindra Bhakta Shrestha and Kushal Kumar Sharma from NE Group. Similarly, Bijay Bahadur Shrestha and Uttam Man Ranjit have been elected representing the public shareholders group.
