Nesdo Sambridha Laghubitta Revises Dividend Rate to 17.9342% for Fiscal Year 2078/79

Nesdo Sambridha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NESDO) has amended the dividend percentage from the previous 73.68% to a 17.93% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79.

The 77th meeting of the board of directors held on Chaitra 09 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 25.50 crores. 50% bonus shares worth Rs. 12.75 crores and a 23.68% cash dividend worth Rs. 6.03 crores were proposed.

The dividend was subjected to be distributed only after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM. As per the NRB’s recommendations, the company has amended the dividend to a maximum of 17.93% from the paid-up capital of Rs. 25.50 Crores.

The company has proposed a dividend worth Rs. 4.57 Crores (including cash and bonus for tax purposes). Now, the dividend will be distributed only after the AGM of Nesdo Sambridha Laghubitta segregates the rate of dividend for bonus and cash dividend from the maximum of 17.9342% proposed dividend.

NESDO closed at Rs 2,127.50 yesterday.
