Nepse’s deadline today for brokers to complete connectivity with CDSCL system

Nepal Stock Exchange (Nepse) has set the last date today for the stock brokers to complete the process of connectivity with the CDS and Clearing Ltd (CDSCL) for the clearing and settlement till today.
The system will directly link the firms and the CDSCL enabling them for the direct connection with the latter for the clearing and settlement.
Issuing the notice, the Nepse has also instructed the brokerage firms to submit the bank guarantee to the CDSCL.
The stock exchange company also warned that it will bar the firms from performing trade who failed to comply with its directive.
Meanwhile, the Nepse will re-open today for the trading after a day closing on Sunday due to Krishna Janma Astami holiday.
