NEPSE To Remain Close on Thursday

The government of Nepal has provided a public holdiday on the to mourn the demise of Constituent Assembly Chairperson Subash Chandra Nembang.

The government decided to give the public holiday to all public offices and Nepali diplomatic missions abroad and said that the national flag of Nepal would be flown at half-mast in all the relevant agencies of the government of Nepal.

In line with the same, the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) too will observe closure on Thursday. 

CPN UML Vice-Chairperson Nembang who was elected member of the House of Representatives from Ilam constituency no 2 passed away due to cardiac arrest. He was 71.
