NEPSE to convene AGM on Poush 29; Book closure for 40% cash dividend on Poush 18

Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) will be convening its 38th AGM on Poush 29, 2076 at NEPSE, UNI, Shantimarga, Kathmandu from 11 AM onwards.
The Board Meeting held on Poush 05, 2076 has decided on the following agendas for the meeting:
- Approval of the annual report for 2075/76 of the BOD.
- Approval of the audited financial statements for the year 2075/76.
- Appointment of the auditor for 2076/77 and determination of the remuneration.
- Approval of consolidated financial statements of its subsidiary, CDS and Clearing.
- Approval of 40% cash dividend worth Rs 20 crore.
The book closure is on Poush 18, 2076. Therefore, shareholders maintained on Poush 17, 2076 will be eligible to participate in AGM and claim dividend.
