Sharesansar, 24th November:

Fuelled by the ongoing election outcome, the market today also made a spectacular rally of 22.45 or 3.53% points resulting in two time halt of trading.

Continuing its bull run of the prior day, the NEPSE came to hit 3 percent circuit at 12:10 PM. Then after the cool down for 15 minutes, the market again halted for yet another 30 minutes from 12:30 PM, after witnessing  4 percent surge.

Though the market today didn’t reach the threshold of 5 percent surge like that of the previous day, the positive outlook of investors did propel the index gain to the height of 4.99 percent.

However, the profit booking from the investors in the later session kept the market away from the whole day of trading halt and narrowed the gain from more the of 4 percent to 3.63 percent.

By the end of today’s trading, the market came to close at 657.32 levels.
